Meditative Ideation
Ever stare at a blank page, hoping creativity will show up? I have. It sucks.
That’s why I built a technique that changed everything. I call it Meditative Ideation.
It’s not about forcing ideas. It’s about getting quiet. Letting your mind wander. Giving inspiration space to show up.
You slow down. You breathe. You ease into stillness. And from that stillness, your imagination begins to stretch its limbs. Ideas start surfacing. Sometimes gently, sometimes like a flash.
Relax. Stay curious. Let the connections happen. Follow those unexpected threads. Don’t rush them. Don’t judge them. Just notice what arises.
The result? I don’t get stuck anymore. My idea journal is overflowing. More ideas than I’ll ever finish. And the ideas often surprise me. They come from places I never expected.
This practice shifts everything. Creativity stops being a fight. It becomes a flow. A partnership with your mind. With the world. With your subconscious, even. You begin to trust that inspiration will meet you if you give it room.
You stop battling. You start listening. And listening is where the magic lives.
Want the details? I break it all down in this podcast episode.
Take a listen. Then try it. See what happens. You might just find yourself with more ideas than you know what to do with.
